Many of Norrmalm's old buildings were torn down during the 1950s-60s to clear space for modern construction. I had no idea what these little sausages were about, but since I couldn’t bring it home, I had to settle for snapping a photo and googling it later. They have a very ‘green’ concept and try and specialise in fruit and vegetables, almost like a farmers market.
