"Boeing Boeing" was absolutely hilarious. All in all, a great day, well worth the two hour drive from Kansas City. Call day of for discounted tickets. It was a very quaint town with a couple of cute shops (general store, ice cream) and a small newspaper museum (free entry). All in all, a great day, well worth the two hour drive from Kansas City. The go all out on sound, set, music, lights, costumes and acting. I've seen Mary Poppins on Broadway and, admittedly their sets are so beyond amazing that it would be hard for any regional company to compete. Our performance was chock full of children so I wondered if we wouldn't wind up hearing lots of crying, whining, and talking little ones, as the show is fairly long. This TINY town of 79 people in Central Missouri has a four hundred seat theatre that fills up every night of the week during the summer season, and will again for the Christmas show! My favorite scene was the energetic and toe-tappingly fabulous "Step In Time".
